Shipping policy

When will my item ship?

Orders for products which are in-stock will be processed within 7-10 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an additional email when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware this timeline does not apply to preorders, which will have an ETA mentioned on the product page. Shipping estimates are subject to change due to natural disaster and shipping/handling delays. 

Orders combining different preorders and/or preorders mixed with in stock merchandise will not ship until ALL products are in stock.

International Shipments

Dino Diapers is not responsible for duty costs/customs fees and other costs associated with international shipments. 

Shipping Support

In the event that your order arrives damaged, or packaging is tampered with, please email us at support@dinodiapers.com. 

If you need to update address or shipping information after placing an order, this can be done as long as an email to support@dinodiapers.com is received prior to the shipping confirmation email. 

Dino Diapers is not responsible for delivery issues or replacement if an email is not received prior to the item being shipped. 

Dino Diapers is not liable for any lost packages. If the package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance with a resolution.
